Hevel concluding construction of 25 MW of solar plants in Russia


September 21 (Solar) – Russian solar company Hevel LLC announced today that the construction of two photovoltaic (PV) parks in Saratov region totalling 25 MW has reached the final stage.

The company has concluded the installation of solar modules at the 15-MW Novouzensk solar power plant and the 10-MW second stage of another project, and has now begun the deployment of inverters. Following commissioning this autumn, both plants are expected to start selling power as scheduled on December 1, 2018.

Last year, Hevel built two solar parks with a combined capacity of 20 MW in the same region and is aiming for a total of 100 MW there, it noted in a press statement.
