Everlert enters into green energy JV in Mexico

September 4 (Solar) – Everlert Inc (OTCMKTS:EVLI) has entered into an agreement to acquire a 40% stake in Mexican firm Baja Green Energy SA de CV with plans to build and operate green energy plants.

Under the terms of the joint venture deal, Everlert, a California-based strategic management and structured financing services provider, will take 40% of Baja Green Energy’s assets, facilities and licensing rights.

When announcing the deal on Tuesday, Everlert gave no details about the planned projects, apart from the fact that there is a proposal to build a solar photovoltaic (PV) plant in the vicinity of Mexicali, the capital of the Mexican state of Baja California.

The US firm explained in its statement that Baja Green Energy has proprietary rights related to a sustainable energy generator manufactured by Water & Energy for Life, which has created a “Gravitational Energy System” that is fully compliant with the Mexican Clean Energy Reform Laws.
