June 29 (Solar) – The municipality of Twenterand in the eastern Netherlands has announced a tender for the selection of a firm to build and maintain a solar farm of 10 MWp to 15 MWp.
The Oosterweilanden photovoltaic (PV) park will cover around 16 hectares in the town of Vriezenveen.
The deadline for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is July 26. The successful bidder will build the power plant and take on long-term operation and maintenance (O&M), as described in a notice on the EU’s Tenders Electronic Daily (TED).
In a separate announcement, the Water Board De Stichtse Rijnlanden is seeking to award a contract for the delivery and installation of around 1,250 PV panels at nine locations in the province of Utrecht, in the central Netherlands. The deadline for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is July 27.
